Colson Baker (or Machine Gun Kelly) is famous for his distinct way of rapping. Baker was born in Houston Texas, U.S. on the 22nd of April 1990, to parents of English Scottish German descent. His parents, who were each missionaries took him to many trips during his early period of. James Colson Baker was depressed and unemployed, while Sonia Alane, his mother, left his family when he was only nine years old. Baker's father emigrated together with his son to Denver and the family lived at the uncle of his father. Baker's poverty was the reason for the bullying of children in the area. He began listening to rap at the age of sixth year. Colson Kelly was born Machine Gun Kelly on April 22, 1989 in Texas. With his music, he is well known for blending hip-hop trends of the present with rock. Prior to joining Bad Boy Records Baker released four mixtapes between 2007 and the year 2010. By the end of 2011, the Cleveland artist became an international star following his transition to self-releasing mixtapes and then signing with reputable label labels. The profile of the Cleveland rapper skyrocketed after the release of his debut mixtape at the end of the year.
