Anne Curtis Smith (Filipino-Australian) is an actor, TV presenter, recording artist and businesswoman. She received many accolades over the course of her career. In addition, she was selected for nominations to two Gawad Urian Awards as well as eight PMPC Star Awards for Movies. Curtis has appeared in a variety of television shows like Hiram Campanerang Kuba (2005) Maging Sino ka Man Dyosa (2009) Green Rose (2009) and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2003). she portrayed the iconic Komiks role of Dyesebel in Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. Also, she hosted the Showtime noontime show (2009-2010) Anne Curtis is a Filipina Australian actress also known as a model, host and TV actress. Her achievements include a host of accolades throughout her career. The two FAMAS Awards have been given to her, along with has the Luna Award and two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards. She has also been selected for 2 Gawad Urian Awards as well as Eight PMPC Star Awards for Movies. Curtis has appeared in a variety of shows on television, such as Hiram (2004 to the year 2005), Maging Sino Dyosa (2005), Green Rose (2011), Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2003) and Kampanerang Kuba (2005). In 2014, she played the Komiks icon Dyesebel as part of Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. She was also the host of It's showtime, a noontime variety program (2009-2020). Curtis is a native of Yarrawonga, Victoria, Australia the daughter of Carmencita Ojales a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan and James Ernest Curtis-Smith an Australian lawyer. In 1982, her father married Ojales. Jasmine is her younger sister. is also an actor. Their father had one half sister, known as Clare who died in 2007 aged four months due to cardiovascular disease.
